‘RHOBH’ Star Dana Wilkey Begs Judge To See Family During Her Criminal Case

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dana Wilkey may have been a memorable character on the show, because of her $25,000 dollar sunglasses and her infamous game night where Brandi Glanville accused Kim Richards of being on crystal meth, but now she may be famous for something else. Wilkey has been accused of participating in fraudulent business dealings, and she is facing years behind bars.

Dana Wilkey has been struggling to come to terms with everything that has happened to her, and as she awaits her trial, Wilkey isn’t seeing her family. Now, Dana wants to spend more time with her family, even though she is involved in a criminal case. Even though Wilkey isn’t locked up, Dana can’t travel to see her family, as she is being restricted to a certain area. Perhaps the judge sees a risk in her fleeing.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dana Wilkey is now pleading with the judge to grant her permission to visit her family, even though she is on restricted travel terms. It is uncertain when Wilkey was planning on visiting her family.

At present time, Dana Wilkey has been indicted on wire fraud charges on a fraudulent marketing contract. Wilkey was arrested last summer alongside two associates. At present time, Wilkey is just waiting for the case to move forward. A few days ago, Dana’s attorneys filed papers, requesting that Dana could travel between California and Florida, where her family is located. Apparently, Wilkey has upcoming business in Florida as well.

The judge could withhold her request to travel simply because she could flee the country and possibly go underground. Wilkey was indicted with “conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud and aiding and abetting, and [making] false statements to government agents.”

According to the Inquisitr, Dana is currently facing 20 years behind bars if she is found guilty. Wilkey has a young son, so spending time behind bars is probably something she doesn’t desire. After being indicted, Wilkey has taken trips with her son to Disneyland. One can imagine that she just wants to cherish these last moments, as she doesn’t know what the future holds.

Because of her criminal actions and indictment, it is very possible that Bravo won’t be asking her to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. No word on whether her former co-stars have reached out to her during this time.

What do you think about Dana Wilkey’s criminal actions?
