Katherine Heigl is married to the famously sexy Josh Kelley. But when the two decided to don matching his-and-her bikinis, she rocked the competition, proving it by posting the photos to Instagram, reported the Huffington Post.
“Having the time of my life in Punta Miita Mexico,” Katherine wrote for the caption.
Heigl didn’t forget to share the vision of Josh in his own bikini. Apparently he was so blown away by her vision that he had to exit the water.
“@joshbkelley also having the time of his life in Punta Miita Mexico,” added Katherine.
The two took their adopted daughters on the family vacation, reported E News. Little Adalaide and Naleigh loved the experience, revealed Josh.
“Got lucky during last night’s sunset and got my babies gazing out into the blue yonder!!!” posted the proud daddy.
“My little tropical babies!” chimed in Katherine.
As for just how Katherine and Josh maintain those bikini bodies? Credit their high protein, low-carb diets, according to E! News.
Katherine revealed that she and Josh share gourmet diet delivery meals together.
“Joshbkelley and I having a romantic diet delivery dinner together…a couple that diets together, stays together,” she wrote for a caption.
A typical meal includes protein, green veggies, and even a toast-to-each-other wine glass. It all goes to allowing Katherine to maintain that bikini body she frequently flaunts on Instagram.
And she’s not the only celebrity using a low-carb diet to stay slim, as the Inquisitr reported. Britney Spears relies on a high protein, low-carb diet to maintain her own famously sleek body. Brit also has credited protein for helping her maintain her energy throughout her long dance shows.
In addition to eating cooked protein such as chicken and green veggies such as broccoli, Britney loves raw protein sources.
“I’m really into raw food — sushi, basically,” revealed Spears.
Britney also works out with a celebrity trainer, Tony Martinez, who customized a routine to encourage her love of dance and recommended a variety of cardio-intensive moves.
“It also included a mix of ab workouts, treadmill runs and treadmill exercises walking backward at different intervals and walking forward,” said Tony of Britney’s routine.
