Bruce Jenner Surgery: Summer Date For ‘Sex Change’ Operation Set

Word is Bruce Jenner’s surgery is on track for this summer. Sources close to the former Olympian say Bruce has increased his therapy visits since putting things on pause after the fatal accident he was involved in last month. Additionally, Bruce’s support system ahead of his sex change operation has grown, according to a Radar Online report.

Rumors have been running rampant for quite some time about Bruce’s sexual orientation. Arguably, the chatter about Jenner’s sexuality took root when he and Kris Jenner filed for divorce last year. Then, tabloids reported that Bruce was finally able to live freely and act on his long-held desires to transition into a woman.

Reportedly, Bruce Jenner scheduled his sex change operation, and appears to be committed to the process. It includes mandatory therapy to cope with his changing body and his life post-surgery, this according to an unnamed RO source who shared information of the summer procedure.

“It was recently suggested that Bruce increase the visits to twice weekly, however, to cope with the aftermath of the fatal crash.

The therapy was required by the doctor that will be performing Bruce’s sex change operation. And it has helped Bruce tremendously.”

Jenner was the driver in a vehicle that struck a white Lexus along a Malibu highway in February. The collision, which involved at least two other vehicles, resulted in the death of one of the drivers. A video tape obtained by police appears to show that Bruce struck two vehicles, including the one with the deceased motorist. No charges have been filed as of this writing, but Jenner could face vehicular manslaughter charges.

When the accident investigation got underway, therapy sessions for the sex change operation were postponed, and many readers of his gender transition journey thought he would lose focus. The grieving process alone is enough to sidetrack anyone who was part of an accident where someone lost their life.

But thanks to Bruce’s support system — his Jenner and Kardashian KUWTK family members — he appears to have grown more confident and accepting of who he really is. The revelation about his sex change operation comes to light in an upcoming episode of the reality TV show.

Spoiler alert ahead! Don’t continue reading if you want to save the details for later.

After Bruce Jenner opens up about his sex change operation, he makes two requests to his family members: He wants everyone to stop calling him by his birth name. Instead, he desires to be called by the name he’s chosen. Second, he asks that whenever anyone inquires about him, they should respond by saying, “Bruce is in a very good and happy place.”
