Father Unleashes On Daughter’s Accused Rapist’s SUV With A Hammer, News Station Captures It All
One father took revenge into his own hands after he learned that his daughter was raped by a 32-year-old man when she was just 13-years-old. As a local news station was reporting on the arrest of accused rapist Dustin Moffat, news crew captured a father’s vengeance on camera as he took a hammer to Moffat’s SUV.
WTAE videotaped the incident as they were reporting on the arrest of Dustin Moffat. Moffat is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl and uploading the sexual encounter online. As the video filmed, the angry father could be seen destroying the accused rapist’s vehicle. The man can be seen breaking the windows with a hammer and climbing onto of the SUV to rip it apart with his bare hands.
The Daily Mail reports that the victim claims Moffat would wait for her as she exited the school bus and sexually assault her.
“He would wait for her to get off the school bus and that he allegedly threatened to hurt her if she told anyone, claiming that he slapped and choked her.”
Sadly, it seems that the young girl was not the only victim. Police say they identified the girl when they were investigating a similar case against Moffat. It also seems that Moffat has a history of violence. Two women filed protection from abuse orders against him prior to the arrest. One order was given back in 2008, with the other being filed just three weeks ago.
He is now facing charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and sexual exploitation of children. Apparently those charges weren’t enough to satisfy the father of the victim as the man was seen destroying the suspected rapist’s vehicle in broad daylight following the arrest. The man came prepared with a hammer to help with the destruction.
