‘RHOBH’ Star Yolanda Foster Spending Huge Amounts Of Money On Treatments

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease a few years ago, and she has been fighting a brave fight after she learned what she was dealing with. Yolanda has been trying all kinds of treatments to find a cure for Lyme disease, which is costing her a pretty penny.

Yolanda Foster has tried western medicine, but she has also traveled around the world to try other treatment options. Foster has been posting pictures of herself trying different medicines around Asia, and she has been spending plenty of time there in hopes of feeling better. But all of the travel and treatments are not covered by insurance, so the couple is spending thousands of dollars on her health.

According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster is supposedly paying upwards of $500,000 on Lyme disease treatments. Apparently, her bills are growing quickly due to the lack of health insurance overseas.

“The experimental treatments aren’t covered by Yolanda’s medical insurance and require travel out of the United States, typically to Asia,” an insider has revealed about her health struggles, adding, “Yolanda travels first class, and the medical care is very, very expensive. David has spent more than a half million dollars on medical care for Yolanda.”

The report claims that spending this kind of money on Yolanda is creating tensions, but $500,000 probably won’t cause David Foster to file for bankruptcy. Even though it is a lot of money, his net worth is probably much more. Even though the treatment is costly, Foster is determined to spend whatever amount of money necessary to find a cure for her.

“There is a lot of pressure on David both financially and emotionally as he watches Yolanda truly struggle with this,” the source said about David’s commitment, adding, “Yolanda is continuing to have problems with short term memory, but she is refusing to give up.”

Of course, Yolanda Foster’s health has been up and down over the past couple of months. Yolanda was doing well, but she experienced a relapse just before Christmas. At the time, Yolanda revealed that she had lost the ability to read, write and even watch television. According to the Inquisitr, Foster apologized for not keeping up with her blog. She has been unable to write, and admitted that she had an assistant help her out. In addition, her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may be affected if she can’t film.
