Others involved include Alan Ritchson from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and comedian Jeff Dye.
Variety shares that I Can Do That! is based on a concept from an Israeli production company that is being done in a variety of other countries right now as well. The plan is to have the stars stretch themselves beyond their comfort zones by tackling performance genres new to them. The show initially will have six episodes done.
The stars will be paired up each week to put together a new act. Guest stars from other types of entertainment genres will be brought in to work with the pairs. The celebrities on the cast will have to throw themselves into learning acrobatics, magic, or other types of entertainment pieces and then perform them in front of the cameras. At the end of the six shows, one of the stars will be deemed the winner.
