Another Bill Cosby Accuser Identifies Herself — 38 Women And Counting

Another woman accusing Bill Cosby of various sexual offenses has come forward to identify herself. People Magazine reports that Jennifer Kaya Thompson – once known as Jane Doe No. 2, – has come forward to back the two women who are suing the comedian for defamation — the same lawsuit he is trying to have dismissed. Jennifer says that she’s come forward with her identity to show solidarity with the numerous women who have accused the man of drugging them, raping them or otherwise acting inappropriately toward them. She also believes that identifying herself brings more truth to her story.

“It’s come to my understanding that there’s greater credibility for my testimony with a full name and an image. “

Thompson claims that Bill Cosby made sexual advances on her when she was just 17-years-old in 1988 — during the height of his fame as Heathcliff Huxtable on the popular series The Cosby Show. The woman says that he wore her down over a period of time with uncomfortable comments and advances, until he finally made his move on her in his New York City home.

“He put his leg between my two legs, but I wasn’t excited. But I knew that that was the point – I had to get him excited….The whole thing was like – I just knew that I gave him a h*** job.”

Thompson claims that Cosby gave her $700 after she performed the sex act on him, an act which only further impacted her self esteem over the years that she struggled with memories of the incident. She says that she now has young nieces who are charmed by the facade of glamour produced by Hollywood, and she wants them to see that there is indeed a downside to all the glitz and glam. In particular, she’s warned them against celebrity worship, and she knows from experience.

So far, at least 38 women have come forward with claims that Bill Cosby drugged and/or sexually assaulted them. Many of the women have come forward with their identities open, and others have remained anonymous to the public as Jane Does.

Another woman named Patricia has come forward in recent days accusing Cosby of sexually assaulting her in the 1970s when she was 22-years-old. Patricia claims that Cosby made her wear oatmeal on her face while walking “like a queen” in his presence. She also claims that the comedian demanded that she style her hair like a Jordanian queen, and demanded that she lose weight. Fox News reports that Patricia was named in a 2005 lawsuit against Cosby, but the suit was ultimately settled out of court by the initial plaintiff.
