Faith Hill’s Scar Generates New Buzz About Singer’s New Look On Social Media

Faith Hill’s new scar has put a spotlight on the singer. Fans went to social media immediately on the night of the 2015 Oscars to talk about the scar on the singer’s neck. The reason for the scar has now been revealed, but Faith has kept quiet about the scar herself.

The initial buzz on Oscar night surrounding Faith and her husband, Tim McGraw, involved her new hairstyle and their combined looks on the red carpet. However, many people started to wonder about the new scar on Faith’s neck on Twitter, according to E Canada Now.

At the big event, Faith Hill showed off her new pixie haircut that she revealed just days before at the Tom Ford fashion show at the New York Fashion Week.

According to a previous Inquisitr report, Faith and Tim attended the 2015 Academy Awards for his performance. He was asked to perform “I’m Not Gonna Miss You” from Glen Campbell’s tour documentary during the event. The song was nominated for Best Original Song, but it did not take home the award.

People Magazine has revealed the reason behind the singer’s new neck scar. A source revealed to the magazine that Faith Hill had surgery last month to correct a back problem from an old injury.

“The procedure, known as an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, is generally used to relieve pain from a herniated disc.”

This is not the first surgery Faith has had on her neck. Back in 2011, the country singer had an operation on the back of her neck. For this new surgery, Faith is recovering with the aid of physical therapy.

Faith has not spoken out about this new report. Faith and Tim have been busy though. According to Taste of Country, Hill has been working on a new album since 2011, but she has not revealed a release date. Three songs that are said to be from the new album have been released, but that is all. Hill released her last solo album back in 2005.

As for the night of the 2015 Oscars, new reports have surfaced, and it appears that Faith Hill and Tim McGraw partied the night away after the event ended.

According to USA Today, Tim McGraw shared about their night in a new interview. Tim and Faith have three daughters, and the girls made sure to give their parents a list of people to meet at the parties following the Oscars.

“We promised my youngest daughter that we would meet Ansel Elgort. She’s a big fan of his. So we got to say hello to him. And then we met Chris Pine. He was a really nice guy. My middle daughter is a big fan. And then Faith got to meet Cate Blanchett and talk to her for a bit. She’s a very big fan. [Aaron Rodgers and I] talked about Brett [Favre], who is a friend of mine and how great the Packers season was. I had picked Green Bay as my winning team for the Super Bowl. He’s a lot of fun. A good guy. We finally just looked at each other and said, ‘You know what, I think it’s bedtime.’ So we turned around and went (to the hotel) and went to bed…But we enjoyed the parties.”

Tim revealed that they turned in around 3 a.m. that morning. This is not the norm for this couple. They tend to head to bed early while raising their daughters. However, it sounds like Faith is definitely recovering from her surgery.

These new appearances have also stirred up the divorce rumors surrounding the couple once again. However, The Stir made a very tongue in cheek post that makes it clear that there is no trouble in Faith and Tim’s marriage. The PDA the couple shared on the red carpet also showed fans that this country marriage is still going strong.
