Khloe Kardashian wants the world to admire her rock-hard abs and to know just what it took to get her newly sleek physique after years where she was regarded as the chubby Kardashian sister. So Khloe took a selfie and then shared the secrets of what she terms her fitness journey, reported the Huffington Post.
But even as she flaunted her abs, Khloe confessed that she recognizes she will have to work out for the rest of her life.
“My fitness journey will be a life long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It’s about being better than you used to be,” posted Khloe.
And to anyone who might criticize her, Khloe quickly clarified that she has not finished that journey yet.
“I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be,” she added. “But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results. Hi baby abs!! I see you!!! I hope to meet your other ab friends soon (yes I’m talking to my muscles. I’ve never met most of them before).”
Kardashian also attacked all those comments from the past where she was called fat or chubby.
“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then,” she posted.
However, Khloe admitted that she did not feel at her best.
“Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes,” she reflected. “About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week.”
So what’s next for this fit-and-fabulous Kardashian sister? Khloe just may replace Kelly Osbourne on Fashion Police, according to Us Weekly.
Both Khloe and NeNe Leakes are among those reportedly vying to replace Kelly. And while Khloe is relatively free to take on the mantle of playing red carpet cop, NeNe is busy with her other endeavors.
But to get Kardashian, the show will have to pay, said a source.
“She was supposed to do it last time and passed. She may consider doing it again but the offer would have to be really high,” revealed the inside source. “It’s a lot of extra work for her.”
But what went wrong for Kelly at the show that Joan Rivers made famous? As the Inquisitr reported, Osbourne was extremely upset after Giuliana Rancic criticized Zendaya’s dreadlocks in a way that many slammed as racist.
The View hosts, for example, criticized Rancic for trying — and failing — to channel Joan Rivers’ snarky humor. So can NeNe or Khloe succeed where Kelly and Rancic missed the mark? What do you think? Post your comments below.
