Chris Brown Promises To Stay Silent After Rihanna And Drake Vent, Not Mad At Kanye West For Karrueche Tran Diss
Chris Brown seems to now be regretting what he said about Drake and Rihanna over the past week. Early Monday evening, Chris posted a tweet that said that he’s no longer doing interviews unless it’s strictly on his art or music.

In an interview with The Breakfast Club two days ago, Chris was asked about Kanye West rapping about his relationship with girlfriend Karrueche Tran on Big Sean’s “All Your Fault.” In the song, Kanye raps, “Young Walt Disney, I’ma tell you truthfully / If you leave Mickey you gon’ end up with a Goofy / I imagine that’s what Chris told Karrueche.”
Chris’ response both defended Kanye in implying that Karrueche can’t do better and said the same of Rihanna.
“I feel what he meant by it, and I’m not just saying it as an arrogant statement. In any situation, when you look at yourself in a certain light – cocky or not – there’s nowhere else to go. Even with [Rihanna], who else you gonna go to? […] Who else in this game she gonna go to? Some corny singing rapper? What she do now, I got respect for her and all that, whatever her choice is. But at the time, not to toot my own own, but who hotter than me?”
In an interview with Hot 97 a few days prior, Chris seemed to take credit for Drake’s fame.
“Yo, we not getting no check from talking ’bout dude. We giving him all this pub… At the end of the day, I look at it like this: I can’t keep making these motherf**kers famous. I’m responsible for a lot of reviving of careers, and I think when I keep talking about somebody – even right now, I just making him hot right now ’cause I’m just talking about him.”
Will Chris really cancel and/or end interviews if asked about Drake, Rihanna and/or Karrueche? Several people commented that Chris has made such a threat before, only to blab about things later on.
As reported by MTV in December, 2014, Chris Brown very publicly spoke about his latest breakup with on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran. During a concert in Los Angeles, Chris announced that he was single. He even used an expletive when talking about Karrueche.
“How many single ladies we got in here tonight? Well, I’m single too. F*** that bitch.”
Karrueche retaliated by implying that she was the one who dumped him and that he mistreated her. Chris then accused her of cheating on him with Drake.
The relationship wasn’t off for long. Shortly after, Chris Brown publicly apologized to Karrueche Tran and they’re now back together. In the past few weeks, Karrueche has posted numerous photos of them together, including one that was simply captioned “Big Bae.”
