Kylie Jenner Mansion: Teen Buys $2.7 Million Home, Tyga Moving In?

Kylie Jenner has purchased a new mansion. The 17-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star dropped $2.7 million this week on a brand new home in Calabasas, California, where her mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters live.

According to Pop Sugar, while most teenagers are spending their money on cars, clothes, and small things, Kylie has purchased her first home and she’s not even out of high school yet.

The mansion has five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms. It’s a Mediterranean-style starter home that is 4,851 square feet. It includes luxurious amenities such as an in-ground pool, living quarters for the staff, a courtyard, and a library.

Will Kylie Jenner’s new mansion be a love nest for her and her rumored boyfriend, rapper Tyga? Hollywood Life reports that while they might be shaking up on and off, sources reveal that Tyga will still keep his own home.

“Tyga has his own pad — there’s no need for him to move into Kylie’s place full-time — but he will be there a lot. He has his own key. It’s more of a protection and safety thing, actually. Kylie’s never really lived on her own before and this house, which he helped her pick out when she was house hunting, is crazy big. He doesn’t want her to be in that house alone all by herself and neither does she.

From time to time, he will be there. They’ve agreed that Tyga will live there for the first month or so. He wants to be the one to help her unpack, to get settled in and accustomed to the house — he feels it’s important for him to be there with her for this new and exciting chapter in her life. Tyga’s the type of person that pays attention to the small things, all the little details. He doesn’t want her to have movers come and unpack her stuff like that. He feels that’s a man’s job and he’s that man. He wants Kylie to know and feel his presence in her new home and is looking forward to making many memories with her there.”

While Kylie is pushing her way towards adulthood, and certainly seems, at times, much older than she really is, some fans think Jenner is much too young to be buying her own home and living by herself, or her much older boyfriend, who by the way, is the father of a young child.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Kardashian/Jenner family has had a crazy year so far, and it seems like the drama is only beginning.
