Taylor McKinney Is A ‘Keeper,’ Says ‘Teen Mom’ Maci Bookout — Plus, New Baby Bump Photos

Taylor McKinney’s girlfriend, Teen Mom star Maci Bookout, wants the world to know she’s found a “keeper.”

After a fan tweeted, “Getting so pumped for #TeenMomOG @MaciBookoutMTV I love you and how funny Taylor is!! Can’t wait!!!,” Bookout gushed about her unborn child’s father.

“He’s a keeper.”

Taylor McKinney began dating Bookout about two years ago, following her breakup with Kyle Regal. Prior to Regal, who Bookout caught trying to get nude photos from another woman, the reality star dated Kyle King, who was seen on Teen Mom.

For the first year-and-a-half of their relationship, McKinney and Bookout’s relationship was long-distance, with Bookout in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and McKinney in Dallas, Texas. Then, during the summer of 2014, they moved in together. A short time later, they discovered Bookout was expecting. However, they didn’t tell fans their baby news until December.

At the time, as the Inquisitr reported, Bookout revealed she was shocked to find out she was pregnant, as she had previously been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which makes it hard to conceive.

In a December 29 interview with In Touch Weekly, Bookout recounted the moment she discovered her and Taylor McKinney found out they were having a baby.

“I started having very strange symptoms, like my legs were very itchy and I had tenderness in my breasts. So we got a test and it said I was pregnant. I didn’t think that another pregnancy was possible. We still can’t believe it. It was a huge shock, but we are very excited.”

According to a separate report, Taylor McKinney and Bookout have discussed marriage in the past, but have no plans to rush down the aisle before their baby arrives. They do, however, have plans for an engagement at the end of last year.

Still, Bookout feared her fans wouldn’t be understanding of her having a second child out of wedlock, and worries they will judge her when Teen Mom returns next month.

“I’m a bit apprehensive— I just hope people don’t judge… We are a little bit scared people might not be as supportive as we want them to be [because we’re not married], but I hope they are.”

Over the weekend, Bookout attended a speaking engagement, where she showed off her baby bump in a loose-fitting shirt. Below is a photo from the event.
