Andy Dick Sued for Sexual Assault

Andy Dick’s (allegedly) wandering hands have landed him in hot water again – the 46-year-old comedian is being sued after he was accused of groping the genitals of two men in a nightclub.

The two men, both from Kentucky, say they were sexually assaulted by Dick at a West Virginia nightclub called Rum Runners in January 2010. Now, they’ve filed a lawsuit against the troubled comic, their attorney confirmed on Tuesday. Dick’s trial on two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse will take place on May 1.

This fresh lawsuit comes at a time when Dick is already on probation for a similar crime – previously, he exposed himself to a teenage girl and groped her.

And, just for good measure, he’s also being investigated by the LAPD over an allegation that he got involved in an altercation with a camera-happy tourist.

According to TMZ, a male holidaymaker has filed a battery report with authorities, saying Dick flew into a rage and swung for him as he attempted to snap a pic of the comedian. Allegedly, Dick tried to snatch the camera from the man, before storming away from the scene. Police wish to discuss the accusations with Dick, and TMZ reports CCTV footage from the area is being examined.

Dick has a troubled history of drug and alcohol issues, but did recently reveal he’s been in therapy to try and get his life back on track. He’s now 100 per cent sober, yet still seems to be a magnet for controversy and headlines.
