RHOBH star Gigi Hadid has dreams of having her own series.
For the past couple of years, Hadid and her family have been featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not only is Hadid’s mother, Yolanda Foster, a main cast member on the show, her father, Mohamed Hadid, is often seen on the show as a guest star because of his close relationship with Lisa Vanderpump.
As fans of the show will recall, Hadid appeared on the series this week after attending a surprise birthday party thrown for Vanderpump at her West Hollywood restaurant.
According to a February 19 report by Wetpaint Entertainment, RHOBH star Gigi Hadid recently revealed plans for a series of her own.
“I know that I won’t be modeling forever but I think I’ll be in the entertainment industry,” she told Vogue. “I would love to host a talk show one day, or have a cooking show. I love to cook…I’m really open, so we’ll see.”
In addition to her reality dreams, Hadid recently spoke out about how she became so successful as a model, and, according to her, it has nothing to do with Foster’s role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
In an interview with the NY Post on February 17, RHOBH star Gigi Hadid claimed her mother’s reality show fame doesn’t have anything to do with her own career.
“Even though my mom is on a TV show, the other girls see how hard I work. If she wasn’t on a show I would still be here.”
Since first appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills years ago, Hadid’s father, Mohamed, has been involved in the ongoing feud between Brandi Glanville and Joanna Krupa, who stars on the Miami-based franchise.
On an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Glanville alleged Mohamed told her Krupa’s private parts were smelly, and alleged he had slept with the model during his relationship with Foster. Months later, she appeared on the show again, and discussed the same topic.
In response, as reported by the Inquisitr, Krupa filed a lawsuit against her, claiming defamation, and spoke to TMZ about her disgust in her fellow Real Housewives star.
“She’s so obsessed with me,” Krupa fumed. “She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”
