Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill Dating? Singer Responds To Rumors

Nicki Minaj has responded to rumors that she is currently dating Meek Mill, insisting that the two are simply having fun together.

Instagram has been awash with images of the pair together over the last few weeks, and they were even seen enjoying each other’s company at the NBA All-Star Weekend in NYC last weekend.

And now during a discussion with Vogue, Minaj has explained where their relationship is at. Minaj admitted that she is currently single, but refused to deny that something is brewing between herself and Mill.

Minaj openly spoke about her “single life” before she then confirmed that she “sometimes” hangs out with Meek. In fact, Minaj even added that when they do spend time together they make sure that they have fun.

Minaj made sure not to make any remarks that were overly committal, however it’s clear from her comments that she has adulation and love for the hip hop star.

“Sometimes we hang out, and when we hang out, we have fun [laughs]. This is what I want to say about him: People think for some strange reason that we just started becoming friends recently. We’ve been friends for a very, very long time, and he’s been around for a lot of things that I’ve gone through. And that’s all I’ll say about that.”

Meanwhile, Minaj also made it be known that she is currently hugely enjoying being single, especially the freedom that comes with not being associated with a beau.

“I’ll just say that I haven’t had this much fun in years,” Minaj explained. “Yeah, I am partying, and I am freer, and I am just enjoying myself and my life.”

Minaj split up with her ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, last year, just before the release of her latest album, The Pinkprint.

It’s been a rather traumatic past couple of days for Minaj. As the Inquisitr reported earlier this week her tour manager was stabbed to death in a bar in Philadelphia. The full details surrounding the untimely passing of 29-year-old De’Von Pickett still aren’t known, but Minaj took to her Twitter account to post a tribute to him.

Two members of my team were stabbed last night in Philly. One was killed. They had only been there for two days rehearsing for the tour.

27-year-old Eric Parker was also injured in the assault, and he remains in critical condition.
