Bruce Jenner: Car Crash Video Surfaced, Shows Him At Fault For Fatal Accident

The video evidence of the Bruce Jenner car crash could lead to manslaughter charges for the reality star and former Olympian. This comes on the heels of the four-car accident that left one person dead and seven people injured on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, earlier in February, according to a Daily Mail report. The video shows Bruce, 65, crashing his Cadillac Escalade into the back of both the victim’s white Lexus and another victim’s Toyota Prius.

An MTA bus that was traveling behind the Hummer is reported to have captured Jenner’s car crash on its mounted cameras. It’s now evidence that’s in the hands of the Los Angeles Police Department. Jenner’s crash video shows that the driver in the Lexus didn’t make contact with the Prius involved, according to TMZ.

Sources that seen the video told TMZ that Bruce hits the Lexus, propelling it into a Hummer driving the other way. Bruce then drives on and hits the Prius in front of him. TMZ obtained a recreation of the accident, which wasn’t based on the video but claims to reflect the MTA video. The recreation also does not show the braking of Bruce’s car or of the other vehicle, which could be an important factor in this video.

The Jenner car crash video isn’t looking too good for him. Sources with law enforcement revealed that they do have the video in question and are keeping mum about Jenner’s possible charges. The video reveals that Jenner was following too close behind the other cars, which could lead to a possible vehicular manslaughter prosecution.

Detectives in Malibu have also opened a vehicular homicide investigation, according to Daily Mail. If any of the drivers in the car crash are found negligent, felony charges could be filed. That could carry a sentence of up to six years in prison.

Bruce, who escaped the car crash unhurt, took a sobriety test in front of officers after the collision, which he passed. This latest piece of evidence suggests that he could have caused the chain reaction and may have hit both cars.

Jenner may have to put his tell-all book on hold for now. The Inquisitr previously reported that he’s planning to write an autobiography about his entire life, including his sex change operation. Jenner is in the process of transition from a man to a woman, which has also been causing headlines.
