Tracy Morgan Hospitalized While Attending Sundance Film Festival

30 Rock star and SNL alum Tracy Morgan was rushed to a Utah hospital on Sunday after he fell down unconscious while attending the Sundance Film Festival.

The television star was attending an awards ceremony when he passed out and was taken to the Park City Medical Center.

Morgan was being honored by the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards when he was escorted outside after giving his speech. After walking out of the building the 43-year-old actor collapsed and an ambulance came to his aid.

You may recall that Morgan received a kidney transplant two years ago and is a diabetic.

Tracy Morgan’s reps have not released any information about his condition at this time. However Morgan’s publicist, Lewis Kay did note:

“Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false. From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention.”

Morgan was in attendance to promote his film Predisposed for which he stars wtih Jesse Eisenberg and Melissa Leo.
