Miley Cyrus May Be Worth $150 Million But She Still Hates Shopping

Miley Cyrus may be worth a reported $150 million, but that doesn’t mean she feels comfortable in the company of other multi-millionaires, especially the types who shop at high-end boutiques.

The “Wrecking Ball” star said recently, according to Australia’s Style Magazine, that in point of fact, she feels utterly uncomfortable shopping at such establishments, and compared her experiences there to those of Julia Roberts in the classic movie, Pretty Woman.

Miley, the 22-year-old singer and ex-Disney star, expressed her views in an interview with the publication.

“You’ve seen Pretty Woman, obviously. Well, they are actually like that. If you walk in, they give you the worst look you’ve ever seen, and I am too outspoken to deal with those kinds of people.”

Miley Cyrus admitted that she often feels judged by people, something she seemingly hates with a passion. As she said during the interview, ”People like to judge me a lot of the time. I am refusing to be a certain way, or dress a certain way.”

As well as her little shopping issue, Miley, who has been dating Patrick Schwarzenegger for some time now, admitted she is a ”control freak” who can’t bear to be in the hands of a make-up artist.

”I do my own because [otherwise] you sit in a chair and then, all of a sudden, you come out and you’re not you any more. That freaks me out. I’m a little bit of a control freak, I guess.’‘

It seems that Miley Cyrus was right when she admitted she was a control freak, as she went on to reveal that she has a tendency to want to fix the world.

”There’s so much going on in the world, you want to try to fix everything. You’ve got to start to really focus, otherwise you’re going to over-promise and under-deliver, which is the worst thing you can do.”

Despite the controversy that often surrounds her, mainly with the whole tongue out and twerking thing, which is a far cry from her good girl image in her former Disney days, Miley Cyrus seems a lot more conscientious a person than one might think.

The fact that her current flame, Patrick, seems to love that about his girlfriend bodes well for them as a couple. It remains to be seen whether it will be just a “flash in the pan” or lead to something more serious — and that is anyone’s guess.
