University Tumbling Team Performs To Beyonce’s ‘Flawless’ After 13-Hour Flight Delay [Video]

The University of Oregon Tumbling Team was delayed at the airport for many hours, so they decided to have some fun and perform a routine to music from Beyonce.

In the awesome video originally posted to Tumblr by team member Jalen Kirkland and captioned, “When You And The Team Are Stuck In SFO For 13 Hours,” the girls are seen taking the terminal by storm while performing the perfect routine to Beyonce’s hit, “Flawless.”

Passengers and airport staff were treated to the very impressive routine the university tumbling team performed while moving on a people conveyer. Yahoo! caught up with Kirkland, who related how the idea came about.

“After being told that the plane wasn’t quite ready to take off, the team (and everyone else on the plane) got off the plane and headed back into the airport. After 13 hours in the airport, we decided to have some fun, and that’s how that video was made.”

Quick thinking for the weary travelers who entertained stressed out and upset passengers for at least a few minutes, while they patiently waited for their plane to be ready for take-off from San Francisco International Airport in California.

But don’t think that because the university tumbling team performed the routine this once that they do this sort of thing all the time. On the contrary, Kirkland told the Huffington Post that this is a first.

“We have never done anything like this. We had no idea this would be such a huge thing! We can’t believe our video is getting so much attention.”

The four members of the University of Oregon tumbling team are seen attracting passengers’ attention as they do their best Beyonce moves while the conveyor transports them from one place to another. Kirkland also posted the video to YouTube, where it’s picking up and has over 76,000 views thus far.

We don’t know if the tumbling team’s Beyonce performance will reach the millions, but many are certainly paying attention to this university bunch.
