Chris Brown could be charged with attempted murder

The only thing Chris Brown may have to worry about soon isn’t spinning his side of the story, but bending over in the shower in prison with news that authorities are considering charging him with attempted murder for his beating and alleged strangulation of Rihanna.

According to E!, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is looking at a range of possible felonies, including domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury and attempted murder. The problem with the more serious charges, including attempted murder is proof, as there were no direct witnesses other than Rihanna and Brown.

Rihanna is alleged to have previously told police that Brown had said to her, “I’m going to kill you,” while attempting to choke her.
