Halle Berry’s Stalker Jailed

According to TMZ, after striking a deal with the prosecution, Halle Berry’s stalker Richard Franco has been sentenced to 385 days behind bars, 193 days which he has already served, which means he only has another 193 left.

Halle Berry’s stalker Franco was first arrested outside of Berry’s home last year when he was found scaling the walls of her home, which marked the third time he had trespassed in a number of days.

In addition, Franco was sentenced to an additional 5 years probation upon his release. He also has to complete a one-year psychological counseling program.

Halle Berry’s safety is also in tact, and she made sure of it by extending her three-year restraining order to ten years against Franco that says he can not come within 200 yards from the actress.
