Lauri Waring’s Son Arrested For Robbery, Meth Pipe Found

Lauri Waring’s son, Joshua, was recently arrested after an alleged fight in a Costa Mesa, California Kmart store.

Throughout the early seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County, fans watched as Waring struggled with legal issues and an addiction to heroin, and while he eventually was seen sober and thriving, it appears he has since gone back to his wild ways.

“The RHOC bad boy was recently arrested for shoplifting and possession of meth paraphernalia in a wild brawl with cops that was caught on camera!” Radar Online reported on February 10.

In a police report obtained by Radar, it was noted that Joshua was arrested on August 20, 2014, and accused of stealing a $35 backpack and a $39 watch.

Joshua was seen on a surveillance camera “rapidly selecting watches” and hiding the price tag of the backpack before taking it.

Joshua “eventually bought some spray paint and an Icee,” according to the police report, “but he left the store without paying for the backpack he was wearing around his shoulders and a new Polo watch around his wrist.”

After being confronted by security, Waring handed over the stolen backpack, but not before becoming “verbally and physically aggressive.”

“[Joshua] picked up [his] bicycle and swung it at [the guard]… with clear intent to hit him.”

Lauri Waring’s son initially escaped, but was later caught by police at a nearby restaurant.

“There, a restaurant employee told police Waring had left behind a few belongings, which officers found to be three cell phones, a $10 bill, a box of Camel cigarettes filled with a used syringe, and glass meth pipe with ‘burnt residue inside.'”

Joshua denied the pipe was his, but when officers observed footage from the restaurant, he was seen placing the pipe, and other belongings, onto a counter. He was also seen “watching someone outside,” and “looking very concerned.”

Joshua was listed “evasive,” according to the report, and denied stealing anything, claiming he though the backpack was one he brought with him.

Despite his attempt at evading an arrest, Lauri Waring’s son was eventually cuffed for theft and possession of paraphernalia. After pleading not guilty, Joshua’s charges were reduced and he was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

Joshua, a new husband and father, has a slew of drug arrests on his record.

On June 29, 2014, he was reportedly charged with “possession of an opium pipe and/or controlled substance paraphernalia,” and on January 26, 2015, he was charged with resisting arrest and “sentenced to 60 days in jail.”

In other Real Housewives of Orange County news, as reported by the Inquisitr, Vicki Gunvalson recently lost her mother.

“Tonight I received a phone call that is every person’s worst nightmare,” she revealed on Instagram. “My amazing, beautiful and strong mother passed on and is now with the love of her life my father in heaven. I am who I am today, because of her. An amazing cook, organized, bold personality and had a sense of style and fashion that I adored. I miss you so much mommy! My life will never be the same without you to give me advice and your wisdom. You were so healthy and so vibrant and so beautiful. I still need you. I love you MOM.”
