Scheana Marie’s Wedding Drama Revealed: ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Claims Punches Were Thrown
Scheana Marie’s wedding reportedly included a couple of punches being thrown. According to a new report, the Vanderpump Rules star was hoping for a drama-free day, but unfortunately, it was anything but.
“I was dealing with my own things that day with my wedding coordinator — she was just not on her game,” Marie revealed to Hollywood Life, according to a February 9 interview.
In addition to a physical fight, Scheana Marie’s wedding to Mike Shay included a music mix-up.
“The music was messed up several times. I’m getting ready to walk down the aisle … and it’s at least a three minute walk. I’m about a minute in to getting ready to be in position and my friend starts singing the song that I’m supposed to walk down the aisle to and I’m like, ‘Wait. Why are you singing right now? I’m not ready to walk down the aisle. I still got a two minute walk before I even get in position.’ So I kind of start running and I’m like, ‘Wait! wait!’ Then I’m like, ‘Stop! Stop!’ And people are looking and then I’m like ‘Wait. Oh no. You can’t see me. I’m the bride.’ And I’m like ‘Why is she singing the song? I’m not ready. Who gave her the cue?’ And I was like — if that was the start of the rest of the night, what else is going to go wrong? And it was just one thing after another.”
As for who it was that got into a fight at Scheana Marie’s wedding, the new bride didn’t reveal details. However, she did say that someone was punched not once, but twice.
“Ever single person had their own issues that night. I had my own issues. Meanwhile, there’s this person fighting with this person. And this person fighting with that person. This person gets punched in the face… twice.”
One person who won’t be included in Scheana Marie’s wedding is Stassi Schroeder. As the Inquisitr reported last year, the pair had a falling out shortly after season two, and never made amends.
“I can see right through her,” Marie explained in her blog. “She’s no longer the genuine girl I once knew. She has this sense of entitlement that I just don’t understand.”
Schroeder was a part of Marie and Shay’s engagement during season two, but after giving things some thought, Marie uninvited Schroeder to the wedding.
Scheana Marie’s wedding airs tonight on Vanderpump Rules at 9 p.m.
