Latest On Bobbi Kristina Brown: Police Launch Investigation Targeting Boyfriend

The latest on Bobbi Kristina Brown is that authorities are now looking into possible criminal activity in the case, and the police are targeting Bobbi’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, in the investigation.

Entertainment Wise is reporting that police discovered injuries that Brown previously suffered. Police would not elaborate on the extent of their injuries and are now focused on the possibility of foul play by boyfriend Nick Gordon. The two do have a history of domestic violence in their relationship.

According to the latest timeline from police, Max Lomas, Nick Gordon’s friend, arrived at about 9 a.m. at the house Gordon and Brown share. Max was let in, and when he asked where Brown was, Gordon replied she was “in the bedroom.” Gordon then went elsewhere in the house. About 10 a.m., a cable repair person arrived and Lomas let him in. The cable repair person needed access to the bedroom, and Lomas complied by opening the door.

Once inside, the two discovered Brown in the bathtub, unconscious and face down. Lomas screamed for Gordon, who ran into the bathroom. Gordon then began administering CPR to Brown while 911 was called. Shortly after, Lomas alleges that Gordon cleaned parts of the property to remove blood stains.

TMZ is reporting that there was a possible altercation between Gordon and Brown about an hour earlier before Brown was found in the bathtub.

“Law enforcement sources tell us… Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries that have piqued their interest. We do not know the nature of the injuries. Multiple sources tell TMZ there is a history of violence between Bobbi Kristina and boyfriend, Nick Gordon.”

Police are interested in talking with Lomas again, but Lomas is asking for immunity before he speaks to the police again. As of now, no immunity has been granted.

Meanwhile, Brown remains in a medically induced coma. She has been taken off life support, according to police, but the Brown family is refuting that claim.

“This is false, just as is the vast majority of the other reporting that is currently taking place,” Bobby Brown said in a statement on Thursday. “If we issued a statement every time the media published a false report regarding this matter, that’s all we would be doing 24 hours a day.”

Bobby Brown also added, “We’re praying.”

Brown’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, arrived at Atlanta’s Emory Hospital from her New Jersey home.

An unnamed relative told reporters, “Bobby has told us, ‘If America thinks she is dead, they will stop praying.’ And at this point, we want people to pray for a miracle.”
