Mila Kunis Calls ‘The Bachelor’ ‘Bad TV’ And Talks About ‘Jupiter Ascending’ In Reddit AMA

Mila Kunis’ Reddit AMA offered some surprises: the actress calls The Bachelor bad television and says that Chex Rice cereal tastes like cardboard — but she loves them both. She also names the best reason you should go see Jupiter Ascending (hint: it has to do with Mila’s and Channing Tatums’ costumes) and talks about some of the people she’s shared a screen with over the years.

Mila Kunis likes BBQ chicken pizza, and if she had to turn into food, she’d be ice cream (though, she says, she doesn’t want to be eaten). Her favorite color is blue, and, though her eyes used to be two different colors, they no longer are, thanks to surgery. (According to an interview with Marie Claire, this wasn’t vanity, but an operation to save Kunis’ eyesight.)

That’s just the beginning of what Mila had to say, though — when Redditor TMNTNut asked for the best reason to go to the theater to see Jupiter Ascending (noting that he and his significant other have crushes on Kunis and Tatum), Kunis responded:

“Oh! Well, because Channing has his shirt off for part of the film. And because I wear really tight clothes…Plus it’s kickass, and brilliant, and smart.”

Mila mentioned The Bachelor twice — once to say she watches it, but that it’s depressing – “oh, my God, these women are crazy!” – and again to call it “bad television” that she loves to watch to relax. Mila’s other favorite shows are Walking Dead, Homeland, Downton Abbey and Game of Thrones.

Kunis also dished on her favorite cereal.

“CHEX. Chex Rice cereal. Yes, the most blandest cereal possible. I love cereal that tastes like cardboard. Yes, I know it’s weird. My morning cereal is Chex, Almond Milk, and then I put in a bunch of berries – without fail!”

Naturally, as with any celebrity AMA, Mila was asked about the personalities of other celebs and movie folk. Mila’s answers:

• Seth McFarland: “Smart. Very Smart.”
• Wachowski brothers: “They definitely push you, physically. They are very nice, of course, but they make you do things you don’t think you are capable of doing. They challenge you.”
• Sean Bean: “He’s the chillest person ever. He’s like… just a normal British guy whom you can just shoot the sh*t with.”
• Keanu Reeves — is he immortal? “As far as I’m concerned, yes.”
• Natalie Portman: “[S]he’s a lovely kisser, very polite.”
• Channing Tatum — as dreamy in real life as on screen? “Just as dreamy, ladies. Just as dreamy.”

Oh, and the co-star who made Mila laugh the most? Wilmer Valderrama, Mila’s co-star in That 70s Show.

One more tip: if you see Mila Kunis on the street and consider walking up to her and saying, “Shut up, Meg,” Kunis says you’ll just be one of many. How does she react? “I laugh!”

About Jupiter Ascending, Kunis says she’s a huge sci-fi fan, and was excited to star in the movie, which hits theaters today. If she could play any superhero, though, Kunis would like to be Batman.
