Bobby Brown In Denial? Bobbi Kristina’s Dad Says Daughter Is ‘Good’ Despite Grim Reports

Bobby Brown appears to be in denial about his daughter, Bobbi Kristina. According to Us Weekly, Brown was spotted outside of the Georgia hospital where his daughter remains on life support, and when he was asked how things were going, his response was fairly confusing.

“She’s good,” Brown said of his 21-year-old daughter. “We’re praying,” he added.

There have been numerous reports confirming that Bobbi Kristina was found face down in a bathtub in her home. While she was unconscious when paramedics arrived at the home, she was revived, and was placed in a medically induced coma upon arriving at the hospital. Since then, there has not been any reported improvement in her condition. According to TMZ, doctors told Bobbi Kristina’s family that there was nothing else that they could do for her, and that they would need to make the difficult decision to let her go soon. Many expected that to happen today, which happens to be Bobby Brown’s birthday. Perhaps that is the very reason it did not happen today.

Bobby Brown has not said much else about his daughter’s condition. A couple of days ago, he released a statement that requested privacy.

“Privacy is requested in this matter. Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time.”

Sources say that Brown has been devastated, and that he can’t even believe what is going on.

“[Bobby] hasn’t been able to accept that his daughter isn’t coming back. Their last interaction is not the last one he wants to have with his daughter,” a source told Us Weekly.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Houston and Brown families had been saying their goodbyes to Krissy today. Sources say that her grandmother, Cissy Houston (Whitney’s mother), was expected to arrive at the hospital today, and that the family was waiting for her to arrive, and to have her time with her granddaughter before taking her off of life support.

The similarities between Whitney Houston’s death and Bobbi Kristina’s condition are eerily similar. Many feel as thought Krissy was so depressed about her mother’s passing that she tried to recreate the scenario. It’s unknown if Bobbi Kristina had any drugs in her system when she got into the bathtub. More details about what exactly happened are expected in the coming weeks.
