Scarlett Johansson gave birth to her first child five months ago. However, you wouldn’t know it by looking at her when she posed on the red carpet last weekend. Scarlett modeled her trim post-baby body at the 2015 G’Day USA Gala and AACTA International Awards in Los Angeles this last Saturday.
In early September, Johansson and her husband, Roman Dauriac, welcomed their daughter, Rose Dorothy. Scarlett didn’t waste much time getting back into shape after giving birth to her first child.
Johansson was able to slim down before attending the recent awards ceremony. The 30 year-old Oscar-nominated actress presented her Avengers co-star, Chris Hemsworth, an award for excellence in film at the recent event.
Scarlett Johansson walked on the red carpet wearing a dainty bracelet, studded earrings with ear cuffs, and pointed-toe Sophia Webster Coco pumps. In addition, Scarlett wore a red, white, and black fringed Preen dress with a halter neckline and revealing hemline.
Scarlett’s razor-cut hair was styled into a pompadour by hairstylist ScarJo.
When Johansson entered the Hollywood Palladium, she recounted excerpts from her Avengers press tour with Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth.
US Weekly reported how Scarlett jokingly talked about one of the flights she took with the co-stars.
“[Hemsworth] collapsed in a giant perfect heap, his lion’s mane gracefully falling around his prominent, chiseled features. ‘My god,’ proclaimed Ruffalo, ‘what a specimen.’ It’s incredible. The man is perfect, even when he’s drooling.”
Scarlett Johansson says she wanted to be an actress since the age of three. She also likes to sing loud in the shower. In a 2014 ABC News interview by Barbara Walters, Johansson said she faces rejection by affirming, “It’s their loss.”
Scarlett said doing a sexy movie scene is challenging and staying in the moment is required to pull it off. The 5 foot, 3 inch movie actress has a very private life; she lives a low-key lifestyle. Johansson suggested that being in a committed relationship is challenging and takes work.
Scarlett Johansson told Walters she is, and has been, in therapy, claiming the perfect time to be in therapy is when things are going well. Scarlett also stated her philosophy is with every gain there is a loss; with every loss, there is a gain. She also cited she doesn’t know how to act seductive and she doesn’t think her body is particularly remarkable.
Fans and admirers of Scarlett Johansson can expect to see more her in the upcoming movie, The Avengers: Age of Ultron, this coming May.
