When Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie first fell in love, it was on the set of the movie, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Oh, how times have changed for the now-married couple and their children. Now Pitt and Jolie are involved in negotiations that will allow him to star in her new film, according to Us Weekly.
Jolie would direct Pitt in Africa, which features the story of Richard Leakey. The biopic’s author is Oscar winner Eric Roth, best known for penning Forrest Gump.
If Brad takes the role, he would portray the life of an archaeologist who also served as a Kenyan politician determined to halt elephant poaching. Leakey received the American Humanist Association’s Isaac Asimov Science Award in 2013.
Jolie most recently directed Unbroken, and she plans to team up for the new movie with her Unbroken cinematographer Roger Deakins, revealed The Wrap.
Angelina explained that she chose to direct the movie because of the clash between elephant poachers and Leakey.
“I’ve felt a deep connection to Africa and its culture for much of my life, and was taken with Eric’s beautiful script about a man drawn into the violent conflict with elephant poachers who emerged with a deeper understanding of man’s footprint and a profound sense of responsibility for the world around him.”
When Jolie’s film premiered, however, it was neither Angelina nor the stars who received the most attention. Instead, as the Inquisitr reported, because Jolie had chickenpox, she sent Brad and her children in her place. And it was little Shiloh, dressed up to resemble her brothers in a formal tuxedo and short hair, who turned heads.
When Amber Rose saw those photos, she used Instagram to comment, noting that she was aware of Shiloh’s desire to be called John.

But Rose experienced a backlash at what some saw as bullying, and she eventually deleted her post.
However, both Pitt and Jolie have been candid about their daughter’s desire to dress like a boy and be addressed as John, according to E News.
Brad noted that Shiloh sometimes likes to be called Peter as well.
“She only wants to be called John. John or Peter. So it’s a Peter Pan thing. So we’ve got to call her John. ‘Shi, do you want…’ ‘John. I’m John.’ And then I’ll say, ‘John, would you like some orange juice?”
Angelina also revealed her acceptance of her daughter’s wishes.
“She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys’ everything. She thinks she’s one of the brothers.”
However, neither Pitt nor Jolie has used the term “trans kid” to refer to Shiloh, despite Amber Rose’s label in her post.
