Fans waiting for the return of Once Upon a Time Season 4 have a month to wait for the midseason premiere, but the cast is still hard at work filming new episodes of the series. Mr. Gold, otherwise known as Rumpelstiltskin, will be a major focus of the second half of Season 4 of Once Upon A Time.
Belle banished him from Storybrooke at the end of the winter finale, and he traveled to New York City to find some new allies. He will team up with three evil women for the second half of Season 4. Fans saw Maleficent, Ursula, and Cruella on the winter finale, and they will help Gold get his revenge for his banishment.
Adam Horowitz shared a title for an upcoming episode on his Twitter this week, and fans immediately began to speculate that the episode is heavily Gold influenced. Once Upon a Time Season 4 Episode 17 is titled “Heart of Gold.” Horowitz shared the first page of the script to show it off.

Robin also left Storybrooke at the end of the winter finale for Once Upon a Time, but he departed the town for a far different reason. He left the town and Regina in order for his wife to live.
This week, the crew of Once Upon a Time transformed a part of Vancouver into New York City for filming. Several scenes featuring Robin Hood were shot, and one of the scenes showed Robin and Mr. Gold together. How will Mr. Gold use Robin Hood to get his revenge? Will The Dark One use him to get at Regina?
The Queens of Darkness will cause a lot of chaos for the residents of Storybrooke in the second half of Season 4. A new poster for the series shows off the evil ladies. According to International Business Times, Edward Kitsis teased a bit about the plot arc for the second half of the season.
” I would also say that the three women can more than hold their own. It’s a very formidable team of evil coming our way.”
