Brooks Ayers Sued Over Mistress Claims, ‘RHOC’ Boyfriend Faces Defamation Lawsuit

Brooks Ayers is currently facing a defamation lawsuit over allegations his made against a woman named Angeles Torres. In her suit, Torres claims the boyfriend of Real Housewives of Orange County star incorrectly identified her as Robert Williamson III’s mistress, when in reality, she claims, he was simply sending her money to help her and her children.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on January 30, Torres claimed Ayers defamed her in text messages to his former business partner, Williamson, by saying she “was the craziest person” he ever met.

Ayers was also said to have made repeated allegations that Torres was “involved in a scheme to extort, blackmail and/or kill Williamson.”

Because of Brooks Ayers’ comments, Torres said she suffered “loss of reputation, stress, anxiety.”

Torres’ denial of being Williamson’s mistress was part of her charge that Ayers “stole the cash gifts sent to her.”

Below are a number of statements made by Torres in her lawsuit against Brooks Ayers:

“During their friendship, Williamson expressed a desire to take care of Torres and her children and, to that end, occasionally helped Torres and her children out financially by giving Torres money. [Williamson] regularly enlisted Ayers’ assistance in delivering money to Torres.”

“Ayers retained or used portions to a number of the deposits Williamson intended for Torres, depriving Torres of the exclusive right thereto, which retention was wrongful and inconsistent with and in derogation of Torres’ right to the full amount of the deposits.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Vicki Gunvalson recently spoke out about her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County in a new interview.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Gunvalson revealed the following:

“At this time in my life, I’m not going to throw in the towel on the Housewives franchise. I will be in a walker with my Botox, and my false eyelashes saying, ‘You think I look b***hin’?’ I mean, at the end of the day, they’re going to have to kill me off, because I’ll find them. All of them.”

Gunvalson also spoke of the series’ new additions, Meghan Edmonds and Katie Hamilton.

“I definitely think we have some room for some new cast members. I think every season when we have brought somebody new in, it definitely has shifted it up a little bit. Because people, although they want to follow your story, they also want to see new stories.”

Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers will be seen in The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 later this year on Bravo.
