Big Sean Denies Stealing From Ex Naya Rivera
Big Sean and Naya Rivera had a whirlwind relationship, and then all of a sudden the two were battling on Twitter. It seemed in a matter of hours they went from a loving couple to bitter exes, set on dismantling their engagement.
The two quickly started sending each other aggressive tweets. In one tweet, Naya Rivera accused Big Sean of stealing a Rolex watch from her. In the now deleted tweet, Rivera wrote, “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.”
Months later and Big Sean is coming forward to clear his name from that mess. In an interview with Complex, he talked about the theft Rivera accused him of.
“First of all, why would I have to steal a Rolex? Second of all, every Rolex that I have, I have receipts for, papers for, certificates of authenticity for. I would never steal a Rolex from anybody.”

He even points to the deleted tweet as evidence of his innocence. “You see [Naya’s] tweet got deleted in like 20 seconds.”
At the time of their split, there were rumors that Rivera’s jealousy and controlling ways were behind the split. According to Hollywood Life, the Glee actress’ behavior led Big Sean to call off the wedding.
According to a source, “She got jealous so fast that it threw Big Sean off guard.”
“He tried to adapt to it and fix it because he was in love with her but it just got to be way too much, and it was just one thing after another.”
The source continued to explain the dynamic of their deteriorating relationship.
“Sean also felt that she was controlling and he didn’t like that. He thought they should have had a more even and relaxed relationship, which happened at first but it definitely took a turn for the worse fast.”
That said, Big Sean told Complex that he wasn’t surprised by Naya’s accusation.
“I felt like it was unnecessary drama ’cause in my eyes it wasn’t true. I wasn’t surprised by it. Even though I didn’t steal anything, I wasn’t surprised by it.”
Since their split, Rivera wound up marrying actor Ryan Dorsey, while Big Sean has finally admitted that he’s in a relationship with singer Ariana Grande.
