‘RHONJ’ Star Teresa Giudice’s Prison In Jeopardy Of ‘Horrific’ Sewage Backup

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice may soon face a sewage backup at the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut. According to a former inmate, extreme weather, such as blizzards, are known to cause “horrific” sewage issues for the facility.

“There is a huge problem with the sewers at Danbury backing up and overflowing into the kitchen following heavy flooding, such as there will be during this blizzard right now,” Beatrice Codianni told Radar Online. “Although they send people to mop it up, they don’t give them boots. Sometimes they will have gloves, but sometimes they won’t.”

“Because the prisoners are not given boots or special shoes to clean up the mess, they trek the raw sewage all around the prison grounds after they are done. It is absolutely horrific. This happened more times at Danbury than I can possibly remember.”

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice was sentenced to serve 15 months behind bars after she and her husband, Joe, plead guilty to charges of bank and wire fraud. On January 5, Giudice began her sentence. Unfortunately, just weeks later, extreme weather has hit Connecticut.

“You can’t use the toilets because they just get stopped up. They had to shut off the water in the whole entire prison a few times because of broken pipes after a massive storm. They gave us bottled water to drink. It was just horrible. One time, they even had to even bring in portable toilets for us to go to the bathroom in. It was very, very disgusting.”

As Inquisitr has previously reported, a source recently claimed RHONJ star Teresa Giudice’s diva ways could catch up with her behind bars. Although Giudice is used to the finer things in life, including living in a mansion, driving fancy cars and wearing designer clothes, her life behind bars is understandably different, and because of her celebrity lifestyle, she could be targeted by other inmates.

In a second interview with Radar Online, Codianni offered some advice to Giudice.

“My advice to Teresa is to maintain as low a profile as possible. If the other inmates are picking on Teresa, which they might do because of her celebrity status, do not do anything that will get you more time in there.

I just hope she just keeps her focus and doesn’t let anyone say or do anything to her that will get her upset and set her off because the first thing they will take away from her are her visitation rights.”

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice will be released from prison in early 2016.
