The Bates Family Is Growing! Erin Paine Announces She Is Pregnant Includes Adorable Sonogram Image [Photo]
Rumors have been circulating that Chad and Erin Paine were expecting, but the couple remained mum on the subject. However, after the episode of Bringing Up Bates aired on Thursday, Erin was finally able to break the silence about her pregnancy. Not only did Erin confirm she was pregnant, as seen on the episode Training Up Bates, she also shared a sweet sonogram photo to her Instagram.
Chad and Erin Paine have been holding in a very special secret in anticipation of the Training Up Bates episode’s release. At the end of the episode, fans found out that Erin is pregnant and her baby had a heartbeat. Erin has been pregnant before, but sadly she suffered a miscarriage. Erin discussed her miscarriage in the first episode of Bringing Up Bates, and has discussed on her blog her hope that “God’s plan for us includes a family of our very own, but we feel very blessed to have each other and we are going to treasure each day we have!”
It seems that Erin’s hopes are now reality. Following the pregnancy reveal on the show, Erin immediately took to her blog to express how relieved she was that the news was now public.
“I’m so glad and relieved that tonight’s episode has finally aired! Chad and I have been waiting to share our big news with the rest of the world for quite some time now. The news is true! Chad and I are having a baby! To say that we are thrilled would be the biggest understatement; we can hardly contain our excitement as we prepare to be parents. “
Erin also discusses some of the pain she still feels about her earlier pregnancy loss and how it has changed her marriage.
“As many of you know, starting a family for Chad and I has been a painful journey, but the Lord has taught us so much this past year as husband and wife.”
Following the blog post, Erin also shared a very sweet, and detailed, sonogram image to her Instagram account.
