What do toned Kelly Ripa, slim Sarah Jessica Parker, and curvy Sofia Vergara have in common? A celebrity trainer who knows what it takes to help them make the most of their natural assets. Now that trainer, Anna Kaiser, is sharing all the secrets to sculpting a sexy body as well as the celebrity diets that these hot women follow, reported Us Weekly.
Anna emphasizes that the key to optimizing your time is to use exercises involving the whole body. The exercise below, for example, works your booty while burning calories.
But when it comes to six-pack abs, Kelly Ripa has become known as the queen of a trim tummy. She shares her secret workout from Anna below.
In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Kelly follows a low-carb diet.
“I eat a very clean diet. I have lots of vegetables, I eat protein,” said Ripa.
As for slim Sarah Jessica Parker, she emphasizes that having enough money for private trainers makes maintaining an enviable body much easier, reported Good Housekeeping.
“No real woman should look to any woman in this industry as an example. It’s simply not applicable because of the enormous number of advantages we have. Women in this country should be reminded to be healthy rather than to be a size zero. I’m not going to kid you: Money changes everything. I’m fortunate enough to have things like private trainers and yoga classes. I realize that.”
Although Sofia Vergara’s love affair with Joe Manganiello is getting all the attention currently, the Modern Family actress has another passion. And that’s for cake, she reveals below.
But despite that sweet tooth, Sofia told Shape that she tries to follow a healthy diet. In addition, she balances calories in (such as cake) with calories out (burning off those pastry calories with an extra workout).
“I heard about someone in LA who got hypnotized so they wouldn’t eat candy. I’m seriously looking into that because I’m obsessed. When I do indulge, I exercise a bit harder the next day. My workout motto is really simple: No pain, no cake!”
In addition, Vergara revealed that she’s become fond of making Dr. Mehmet Oz’s veggie-centric recipes and guidance on avoiding processed foods.
As the Inquisitr reported, Dr. Oz has teamed up with Dr. Mark Hyman, known as former President Clinton’s physician, to create a three-day Fat Flush Weight Loss plan. The diet, designed to help “flush” as much as five pounds during the three days, includes a breakfast shake smoothie, vegetable broth, specific portions of protein, and even snacks.
