Joanna Krupa Lawsuit Update: ‘RHOM’ Star’s Defamation Suit Against Brandi Glanville Could Be Risky
Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit against The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville may be a risky move on her part. In a new report, it is confirmed that Krupa’s lady parts could be brought up in court if the case goes to trial.
On January 22, TMZ reported the following.
“Krupa claims she experienced severe emotional distress when Glanville went on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ and told the world JK has a stinky ******. Now Krupa’s slapped her a** with a defamation suit.
“If Joanna wins the suit — filed by her attorney Ray Rafool — she’ll finally force Brandi to pay up… but the move isn’t without risk. Krupa’s lady parts will now be up for discussion in open court.
“The witness list should be… interesting?”
Last year, Glanville alleged that Joanna Krupa slept with Mohammed Hadid while he was married to Glanville’s co-star, Yolanda Foster. Glanville also alleged Krupa’s lady parts smelled badly. Then, in a second Watch What Happens Live appearance weeks ago, Glanville compared Krupa’s lady parts to sushi, and said that her bad odor wasn’t her fault.
As the Inquisitr reported, Joanna Krupa was extremely upset over Glanville’s latest diss, and spoke to TMZ shortly after, claiming Glanville was “trailer trash.”
“You know what? I’m so p**sed off. Brandi Glanville. I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is.”
She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”
Joanna Krupa received an apology from Glanville after she spoke to TMZ, but that didn’t stop her from pursuing a case against her.
According to the Inquisitr, Glanville shared her apology to Krupa with fans on Twitter.

In an interview with Life & Style, a source claimed Joanna Krupa filed the suit against Glanville because “enough is enough.”
