Bruce Jenner ‘Upset’ Over Controversial Magazine Cover, Plans To Address Sex Change Rumors On ‘KUWTK’

Bruce Jenner is reportedly upset over the InTouch Weekly magazine cover that labels him a woman, and has plans to open up about his private life on the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. According to Us Weekly, the former Olympian has decided to speak out about the rumors on a major platform, and will discuss what is going on publicly, for the first time ever.

“[Bruce] was upset by InTouch‘s story. Bruce and Kris address his changing appearance in a scene they shot together. It will be a plotline,” a source explained.

Bruce Jenner sex change rumors have been around for quite some time, and while his ex, Kris Jenner, has been quick to deny the media a chance to run with the stories, Bruce hasn’t said anything at all. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, pals of Bruce have said that he doesn’t concern himself with the gossip surrounding his life. However, the changes that he is going through — whether they are just quirks or actual steps to changing genders — are very serious. This is who Bruce is as a person, and a lot of people fail to respect that.

According to Page Six, there is now an online petition circulating that requests InTouch Weekly apologize for their altered image of Bruce dressed as a woman in full make-up on their cover.

“Publicly speculating as to whether or not someone will be coming out as transgender illustrates a flippant lack of empathy toward people who actually struggle with making a gender transition. It … robs Jenner of his right to identify as he wishes,” wrote Julie Mastrine who created the petition. So far, 3,500 signatures have been collected.

If Bruce Jenner does decide to talk about his personal life on reality television, one hopes that it would be his decision, and not a prompt from Kris. Many believe that he has a lot to say, and that he’s just waiting for the right time to talk about his life in a way that would help others understand what’s really going on. At the same time, there’s a chance that Bruce just likes to look nice, and that the changes that he has gone through are just what makes him feel good, who knows?
