Teresa Giudice has been in prison for just over two weeks, but so far, she has had no contact with her former boss at Bravo, Andy Cohen.
In a new report, it was confirmed Cohen hadn’t spoken to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star since she entered prison for charges of bank and wire fraud on January 20.
“Yes, I talk to her every day,” Andy Cohen joked, according to a January 20 report by AllAboutTRH.
“No. I haven’t spoken to her. No, I would love to have spoken to her. I have no idea how she’s doing.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Giudice’s daughter, Gia, has stepped into a motherly role for her three siblings, Milania, 9, Gabriella, 8, and Audriana, 3.
“Teresa and Gia have always had more of a friendship than a traditional mother-daughter relationship,” an insider told Radar Online on January 19. “Gia is stepping into the mother role.”
“It comes naturally since even when Teresa was around Gia was frequently responsible for disciplining her siblings. With their mother gone, the four are totally dependent on their dad now. This truly is a sad situation for all of the children.”
As for how Giudice is holding up behind bars, a source recently told Radar Online the employee of Andy Cohen is staying busy.
“She’s doing great. People are being very nice to her.”
While behind bars, Giudice, whose husband, Joe, will serve a 41-month term after she completes her 15 months, has been working out and writing a new tell-all book. Regarding her upcoming tell-all, a source recently spoke to Radar Online, revealing the reality star’s plans to capitalize on her time behind bars.
“Teresa believes a book about how she coped with being in prison, and the obstacles she faced, would be a huge hit. Having already published several cookbooks, Teresa is touting this as a memoir that anyone could relate to. Teresa admires the way in which Martha Stewart handled her business after being released from prison, and would like to follow in that fashion.”
Giudice and her family have been seen for years on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but now that she’s behind bars, her future with the show, and Andy Cohen, is unclear. Although there have been may reports regarding Bravo’s possible solution, the network has yet to confirm anything.
