‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars Stassi Schroeder & Katie Maloney End Friendship, Schroeder Feels ‘Embarrassed’

Vanderpump Rules stars Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney have ended their friendship for good.

In her blog, Schroeder opened up about the demise of her and Maloney’s friendship, as well as how her friend, Kristina Kelly, handled the issue.

“I really appreciate just how honest Kristina was with Katie, and she doesn’t sugarcoat anything, but Katie and I have been best friends for a while, and just because I say things in the heat of the moment, it doesn’t mean that I ultimately don’t want things to work out.”

Throughout season three, Vanderpump Rules stars Schroeder and Maloney’s friendship has appeared tense. Even prior to Maloney’s trip to Miami, the Vanderpump Rules stars appeared to be distancing themselves from one another.

“It’s really hard to watch that. It really makes me sad. I don’t understand where Katie’s anger comes from, because I feel like I was the one on the defensive. Like I didn’t do anything. I sat back, and she decided to change her mind about things and not tell me and embarrass me by not telling me, and what was I supposed to do? I think that both of us knew that at that point our friendship was over.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Schroeder recently spoke out about her future plans, which don’t involve the Bravo series. Instead, Schroeder is planning to focus on her life with boyfriend Patrick Meagher, whom she plans to marry.

“If tomorrow he proposed, I would be ready,” Schroeder told Wetpaint Entertainment.

“We don’t feel the need to experience more of life. We’re settled. I don’t need to meet new people. I don’t need to go out. I don’t need to be wild. We’re at a point where we’re really comfortable with our lives and the way it is. I can’t imagine being single and I can’t imagine not having him.”

Schroeder’s even talking babies with Meagher, whom she began dating last year.

“We’ve decided in five years it would be a good time to have a baby. I’m not in a rush. It’s as serious as it can get. We’re more settled. We’ve created a home that’s now both of ours. Now there’s just this giant sense of comfort and safety.”
