Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz’ Son, Egypt, 4, Is Already A Talented Musician: Are You Surprised?

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have a very talented son — and you can’t possibly say that you are surprised. According to Entertainment Tonight, Egypt, 4, has inherited his parents’ genes when it comes to musical talent. Last week, Swizz posted a couple videos of his son playing the piano, and it definitely looks like he enjoys playing music.

“Swizz posted two new Instagram videos of his son on the keys (pun intended), first playing ‘The Little Drummer Boy,’ and captioning it ‘#Focused.’ The following day, he shared a video of their talented son performing the ‘Charlie Brown’ theme song,” reports Entertainment Tonight.

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are very proud of Egypt, and both see that he’s expressing himself in the arts. According to Gossip Cop, the family is extremely talented. Keys and Beatz have 16 Grammy Awards collectively, and they both seem like they’d support their children if they wanted to follow in their footsteps. Of course their second son, Genesis, is still too young (he was born on Dec. 27), but his big bro will undoubtedly want to teach him how to play the piano, don’t you think?

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Egypt was anxiously awaiting the arrival of his baby brother, and was coming to terms with no longer being the baby in the house. It sounds like he was ready to take on the older sibling role, but no word on how he is doing now three weeks in, but chances are, he has been busy serenading the family.

“He’s not going to be the baby anymore. He’s already preparing. He has like a little doll where he’s like, ‘Am I supposed to be doing this? Am I supposed to be doing that?’ He’s so ready. It’s a blessing.”

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz often share sweet moments with their kids via social media. Back in October, Keys posted a photo on Instagram in honor of Egypt’s birthday. Her caption was incredibly sweet, and very candid.

“Can’t believe it’s been 4 years!! Happy birthday to our incredible son! Who has no shortage of personality! ? We’re so proud of you! We’ll do ANYTHING for you! You’ve changed everything for the better! Blessings to you forever little one!”
