Yolanda Foster Has Lost The Ability To Read And Write Due To Lyme Disease Relapse
Yolanda Foster has been battling Lyme Disease for the past three years. According to Us Weekly, the reality star has been struggling lately, trying to stay ahead of the disease, but finding herself falling behind. Despite her intensive treatments, many of which are shown on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Yolanda recently revealed that she suffered a relapse in December after about 60 percent recovery.
“I would like to apologize for my lousy participation in the blogging department at the moment. Although writing is usually my favorite thing to do, I unfortunately have lost the ability to do so in an intelligent matter at this time,” Yolanda started off her most recent blog post on Bravo‘s website.
Yolanda Foster, 53, then made a heartbreaking statement. She explained just how her life has been overcome at this point, and how she can no longer do things that healthy people do on a regular basis without even thinking twice about it.
“I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can’t process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it.”
Hours ago, Yolanda Foster posted the photo below, as she received more treatment. As many people know, she has traveled the world for treatment, getting some of the best, most advanced care that she can. Unfortunately this isn’t something that people can afford to do, but Yolanda is determined to not only get herself better, but to find a cure — to help others who also suffer from the potentially debilitating disease.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Yolanda has chosen to focus on herself, and that has translated into her staying out of the drama on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills this season.
“Many of the wives are actually supporting Foster in her fight and journey, and she has even made peace with some of her co-stars, including Kim Richards. Foster has been dealing with real issues, such as her children going off to college.”
