NYPD Cops Accused Of Trying To Have Sex With Alleged Rape Victim In Seattle

Two NYPD cops have been accused of trying to rape an alleged rape victim after being sent to Seattle to check up on her case.

Det. Lukasz Skorzewski, 31, and Lt. Adam Lamboy, 44, are both being investigated by the police department following allegations made by the unidentified 24-year-old victim.

For his part, Skorzewski has also been removed from the special victims unit and demoted to beat cop duty at the 114th Precinct in Astoria, Queens.

According to the Daily News, the two NYPD cops can either plead guilty and accept a fitting penalty or can plead innocent and go to trial.

The alleged rape victim said about Skorzewski, “I am surprised that he is still working. I never really blamed the lieutenant, but he’s partially responsible because he took us out drinking. They paid for everything.”

According to her, he became so drunk in the bars the trio visited that eventually he was refused more alcohol in an Irish bar in downtown Seattle.

The accuser told reporters, “We actually got kicked out of that one. Luke’s wife also called him around that time. She was really upset that they were out drinking.”

The three allegedly met back in 2013, when the woman reported a rape to Skorzewski after allegedly being attacked at a Union Square apartment. In the July of that year the officers travelled to Seattle to question the woman.

The woman admitted thinking Skorzewski was attractive and was surprised at the officer’s youthfulness. During the visit, the NYPD cops took her drinking with them and told her she was “really cool” and “awesome.”

The officer offered the woman his bed in his hotel room and slept on the sofa himself. However, in the morning, he reportedly asked her if he could lay with her and put his arm around her.

The woman claims that when she refused he became aggressive, “He really felt me up, tried to get his hands down my pants. He was trying to put his hands down my pants or work them up my shorts. I was afraid to tell anyone about what happened with Luke,” she said.

Whether there is any truth to the serious allegations made by the alleged rape victim about the NYPD cops will be a matter for the court to decide.
