Betty White Celebrates 93rd Birthday, Gets Surprised By A Flash Mob [Video]

Betty White celebrated her 93rd birthday on Jan. 17. According to Gossip Cop, the actress was surprised with a flash mob on the set of her show Hot In Cleveland. The Golden Girl enjoyed some singing and dancing in her honor, and got emotional when she spotted her co-stars Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, and Jane Leeves getting involved in the dance party.

“The Hollywood legend is apparently greeted each day by her assistant doing the hula, but this time, the dance included a cast of dozens. White appeared shocked as more and more people dressed in Hawaiian garb join the fun, pulling off a choreographed routine,” reports Gossip Cop.

A sign that read “Happy birthday Betty” had White tearing up again. However, she managed to stay cool, and she still cracked a joke. According to Entertainment Tonight, Betty said, “at 93, you shouldn’t be doing this!”

Many would agree, at 93 there are a lot of things that people shouldn’t be doing, but Betty keeps on going, and she’s doing wonderfully.

Back in September, a death hoax surrounded the actress, but the rumor was debunked soon after. And since she has lived such a long, healthy life, many tend to ask what her secret is. Of course no one actually has the answer, but White does take good care of herself. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, White is a vegetarian, and has been for the past 30 years. Perhaps that’s the key to her longevity.
