‘Bachelor’ Spoilers: Does Chris Soules Get One Of This Year’s Contestants Pregnant?
The Bachelor spoilers are pointing toward a bombshell revelation, with reports that leading man Chris Soules may have gotten one of the contestants pregnant.
The rumors were fueled a bit by ABC themselves, which included what appeared to be a shot of an EPT pregnancy test in one of the extended trailers for this season. Now there are reports that Chris Soules may have chosen the winner of the Bachelor based on the test — creating what appears to be a shotgun wedding.
But not so fast, claims one famous inside source. Blogger Reality Steve, who has correctly predicting the ending of almost every season of the Bachelor and Bachelorette, said the pregnancy test shown in the commercial is really something of a red herring.
Wetpaint actually debunked the Bachelor pregnancy spoiler back when the show was set to debut.
Well, according to spoiler king Reality Steve, the promo is most likely bunk. “No one this season is pregnant,” he says. And, “the clip of that EPT will never be shown during the season.” He goes on to remind us that the extended trailer for Bachelor in Paradise showed someone being handcuffed and arrested, yet that footage never surfaced during the season. Steve says the handcuff shot in the BiP promo was from a game some of the men were playing and that editors appropriated it to amp the perception of drama. Très tricky.
“It’s the same thing with the pregnancy stick,” Steve says. “And all the voiceover says was this season is ‘pregnant with possibilities.’ It’s almost like they’re begging you to believe their BS because they basically made a joke of it.”
That doesn’t mean this season of the Bachelor is free from drama. A recent report suggests that last year’s Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman, may be reaching out to Chris Soules after her split with Josh Murray. Andi eliminated Chris in the final four, but sources say she regrets the decision and hopes Chris might take her back.
That report itself led to quite a Bachelor spoiler. A source claims that Chris Soules turned her down, saying he is happy with the woman he picked and is planning to marry her.
