When Green Bay Packers linebacker Brad Jones tackled a fan who ran onto Lambeau Field during Sunday’s game it appeared to the naked eye that he was just doing the job that security couldn’t handle, it turns out he had a different reason for tackling the 15-year-old.
According to Jones:
“Really, I was just cold.”
Joking aside photographs snapped right at the time of the tackle appear to show that Jones wasn’t the only one happy about the event, the kid was smiling as he was tackled to the ground.
After the tackle Jones said:
“I think he was still laughing, I think I could still hear him.”
The tackle happened in the fourth quarter of play when the 15-year-old did a reverse Lambeau Field leap and took off down the field.
Ever since the tackle happened Jones says he gets asked every five minutes about it.
In the meantime the youngster was released on an $870 bond and is never allowed back inside Lambeau Field.

Do you think the fan got what he deserved? By that I mean an awesome moment he will tell his friends about for the rest of his life.
