Not-So-Friendly Pachyderm Goes On 10-Day Rampage In Thailand [Video]

A pachyderm in Thailand doesn’t care too much for tourists or people, for that matter, and isn’t afraid to show it. According to NDTV, at least one bull elephant has gone on a 10-day rampage, ruining cars along its path. The animal didn’t care too much about destroying property, and as evidenced in the video above, it seemed as though it actually sought out vehicles to damage.

“Using its legs, trunk and superior weight, the elephant trashes the bumper of a white sedan and then tramples on it. It’s unclear if the car was occupied.”

Several videos of this elephants rage have surfaced online, and some are starting to go viral. According to ABC.net, the aggressive behavior displayed by the animal was caused by mating season. Evidently, there were some frustrations that needed to be expressed, and this was one way the animal felt it could relieve stress.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, this aggressive behavior has been seen by pachyderms in Khao Yai National Park, which is near Bangkok, a couple of times. While there have been quite a few instances reported, wildlife experts do not know if the same animal is responsible for the various damages.
