Jennifer Aniston didn’t score a statuette at the Golden Globes, but she was the recipient of one the sweetest awards at Sunday’s ceremony — the Cake star got to touch Kate Hudson’s incredible-looking butt.
According to E! News, Jennifer Aniston tapped Kate Hudson’s butt while the blonde bombshell was talking to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. “Had to do it, sorry,” Jen said after spicing up the interview. She told Ryan that she couldn’t keep her hands to herself because Kate’s caboose was just so “irresistible” in her slinky gown. Jennifer Aniston’s daring black Saint Laurent gown was just as sexy as Kate Hudson’s form-fitting white dress. However, Hollywood Life reports that Jen’s very risque skirt slit almost caused an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction. While she was walking up the stage stairs to present the first award of the night, Aniston’s slit went up a bit too high. Luckily, she managed to avoid flashing her knickers just in the nick of time.

Unsurprisingly, Life & Style is already pointing out that Jennifer’s high slit is reminiscent of the one that Angelina Jolie sported at the 2012 Oscars (remember the right leg that launched a thousand memes?). The mag thinks that Jennifer Aniston wore “the leg” better because her pose isn’t “as ridiculous,” and she also looks less “mysterious and sexy and stuff.”

Jolie and Aniston are constantly being pitted against one another in the tabloids because of Jen’s past marriage to Brad Pitt, so there will likely be speculation that Jennifer rocked the slit to remind Angelina of her Golden Globes snub. However, Aniston recently stated that she’s sick of all the Jolie war stories that pop up in the tabloids. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jen labeled the tall tales “B.S. and like soap opera on paper.”
Jennifer Aniston didn’t just have the best slit of the night at the Golden Globes. According to Elle, the actress was also mentioned in one of the night’s best jokes. Hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler cracked a funny about all the empty tummies in the audience.
“Jennifer Aniston is here tonight, nominated for the film Cake… We should explain to all the people in the room, the Hollywood people — cake is like a … it’s like a fluffy dessert that people eat on their birthdays.”
“Birthdays are a thing that people celebrate when they admit they have aged,” Fey explained.
