Yes, Jenny McCarthy Was Making Out With That Hot NYPD Cop

If your viewing of the ball drop at midnight for 2012 was like mine, much of the watchers were a bit confused as to whether Jenny McCarthy was actually making out with an almost not-believably hot NYPD officer.

As the camera panned around Times Square and to several of the entertainment personalities that we present as well as random people gathered to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2012, it cut to McCarthy totally first basing it with the uniformed cop. It took a minute to register that it was one of the show’s hosts was making out with a rando, but McCarthy breathlessly confirmed it a few minutes later.

When asked by Ryan Seacrest about the kiss, McCarthy said:

“I just happened to be standing with that hot cop… I should have asked you (inaudible) …nice to meet you!”

Just prior to the makeout, McCarthy tweeted:

“I’m going to #BeBold in 2012 by asking more guys out and not waiting for them to come to me.”

After, she updated to her fans, saying:

“Hope u guys enjoyed it! FYI. I was wearing fake fur & the cop was a G rated kiss. (except for my hand squeezing his butt. Happy new year!”

Much chatter on the internet has centered around whether the NYPD cop will be disciplined for the kiss, but hopefully McCarthy had worked it out with Mayor Bloomberg beforehand to borrow a man from his “personal army”- since, let’s face it, that cop is way too hot to be assigned to desk duty.
