Marilyn Manson Has Sex Five Times A Day, But Always Leaves His Underwear On – Here’s Why

Marilyn Manson has always been looked at as one of the stranger creatures in the music world, but he is who he is and millions of fans are alright with that. Well, his latest revelation may be seen as too weird for even his most devoted fans, but it’s quite reasonable. The shock rocker admits to having sex at least five times a day, but he never takes off his underwear just in case there’s a fire.

Rolling Stone did a sit-down with Manson who talked about his music, his career, his new album, his everyday life, and his sex life. That was when he revealed that he will only have sex with the lights off and his underwear down around his ankle.

“I’m just really shy, despite what you’d imagine. I have a phobia that the house is going to catch fire, and I don’t want to be naked.”

The magazine discussed his current girlfriend, American photographer Lindsay Usich, but wanted to go back in time too. Manson was asked about time spent married to Dita Von Teese and dating actresses Rose McGowan and Evan Rachel Wood.

Believe it or not, his shyness and fears are quite intense.

“I don’t really like being intimate with people. I think maybe twice in my life have I taken a shower with a girl, and that was in the dark… I also have a great fear of bathtubs, maybe because my mother used to bathe me as a child and I have fractured memories of just not enjoying it.”

Even though he fears being caught outside naked, he still doesn’t let those things take away from enjoying sex. Manson says that five times a day is the minimum that he will have “sexual congress” as he calls it.

His most recent daily maximum was 10 times.

Usich makes sure to keep tabs on her boyfriend who is a big-time sex lover by using a U/V torch to check for things. She actually has used it on Manson’s underwear to check for sperm or see if he had “done something naughty” while he was out, per The Daily Mail.

“I said, “Fooled you. I might have changed my underwear. How do you know that I didn’t?” She goes, “Because you don’t change your underwear.” I said, ‘That is true. Good answer. Good answer.'”

When Marilyn Manson isn’t having sex five times a day with his underwear on, he’s preparing for the release of his ninth studio album, “The Pale Emperor.” It is set to be released on January 20, and the first single will be called “Deep Six.”

Manson’s three-week “Hell Not Hallelujah” tour begins in Washington D.C. on January 21.
