Kim Kardashian, Kanye West $20 Million House Finished: Couple Moves In To New Home
Kim Kardashian’s $20 million house is now her home. According to Mail Online, Kim and Kanye West were spotted at their new home on Monday. Photos of the property show their cars in the driveway, and photographer managed to snap a shot of Kim as she left the new estate in her SUV.
Kim and Kanye bought the property back in August, but the mansion was being renovated. While the property was being worked on, Kim and Kanye lived with her mother Kris Jenner. Her home is not far from the new Hidden Hills, California property.
This new property rests on 3.5 acres of land, and it has everything a growing family could want. Kim and Kanye and their daughter North West will have use of the property that Mail Online described in detail.
“The home, which was originally listed for $21 million has multiple swimming pools, a pool room – and their own vineyard, as well as eight stunning bedrooms. The master suite comes complete with its own bathroom and also has its own gym, steam room, sauna and private patio with spa. The almost 16,000ft square home also has a theatre, games room – with suede walls – a wet bar, a library, a office, a family room and eight fireplaces in case California’s mild weather gets chilly.”
A guest home is also on the property, and it is being reported that Kanye may use that guest home for his home studio. He is known for recording music on the road or at home, so the guest home can likely fill this need for the rapper.
Kim and Kanye will also enjoy some privacy in their new home. The Inquisitr previously reported that the couple purchased the home next to their new property for $3 million. The property is in need of repair, and it is possibly set for demolition at some point. The deal of that property closed on December 15. Kim and Kanye have not yet revealed their plans for the new purchase, but they have time to decide.
With 2015 starting with a big move for Kim Kardashian, it is clear that the reality star is ready for change in her life. On Monday, Kim tweeted that she was ready for a “new 2015 vision.”

Will Kim and Kanye change anything else in the near future? The couple has been trying to add to their family, and a new preview for Keeping up with the Kardashians showed the pair having sex in the bathroom, according to Entertainment Tonight Online. The act was their attempt to get Kim pregnant with baby number two.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are starting out 2015 on a high note. The move into their new home is just one sign of that.
