The game has the No. 4 ranked Baylor squad going against No. 7 Michigan State in a battle of teams that landed just outside the College Football Playoff bubble. They instead face off on New Year’s Day at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with kickoff scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
The Cotton Bowl will be broadcast on ESPN, but the network is also streaming coverage to its online hub, WatchESPN.

It is a great challenge for us.”
Michigan State brings a high-powered offense to the game, ranking No. 5 in FBS with 64 touchdowns from scrimmage and seventh in the nation with 43.1 points per game.
Fans who watch the Cotton Bowl live online will also get a glimpse of Spartans quarterback Connor Cook, who said he is forgoing the NFL draft to return for another season.
“The main goal is obviously to come back,” Cook said. “Talked among (family), talked among my friends, with the coaches. I have unfinished business that I want to do, that I want to accomplish next year.”
